Urban Haven Home Services LLC Effective Date: November 7, 2025

Welcome to Urban Haven Home Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial cleaning services. By using our website, booking a service, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, carpet/upholstery, and window cleaning using insured, background-checked professionals and eco-friendly products.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon payment or deposit.

Cancellation Policy: 48+ hours notice → free <48 hours → 50% fee <24 hours → full charge

Arrival windows may adjust; we’ll notify you immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment

Transparent upfront pricing includes labor, supplies, and travel within our Texas service area.

Payment via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) at booking or completion. We do not store full card details.

Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access (keys, codes, or on-site).

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

Disclose hazards (mold, pests, structural issues).

Provide parking instructions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Not happy? Contact us within 24 hours — we’ll re-clean affected areas free within 72 hours (subject to availability).

6. SMS Communications – FULL A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC COMPLIANCE

We may send SMS for confirmations, reminders, surveys, or promotions (only with prior express written consent).

A2P Compliance Details

Sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.

Transactional SMS: Consent given by providing your number.

Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent + double opt-in (e.g., “Reply YES to confirm promotional texts”).

Every message includes: Sender: Urban Haven Home Services Reply STOP to unsubscribe Reply HELP for support Brief description

Frequency: 1–3 per booking; max 4/month for promotions.

Standard carrier rates apply.

No SHAFT content. No autodialers for marketing without consent.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP → one confirmation → no further marketing texts (transactional may continue).

7. Liability & Insurance

We carry $2M general liability insurance.

Not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions.

Liability capped at service cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and branding are owned by Urban Haven Home Services LLC and protected under U.S. law.

9. Termination

We may refuse or terminate service for non-payment, safety concerns, or violations.

10. Governing Law

Governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas courts.

11. Changes

Updates posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
